Frequently asked questions
Is counselling covered by MSP or my benefits?
MSP doesn’t cover private counselling, but most BC extended health plans (Pacific Blue Cross, Sun Life, Canada Life) cover Registered Clinical Counsellors and Registered Psychologists. We’ll help you check your coverage before your first session.
How do you match me with a counsellor?
Your free 20-minute consultation is with a real counsellor. We ask about your goals, preferences, and schedule, then recommend the best fit on our team, honestly, even if it isn’t us.
Do you offer telehealth?
Yes. We see clients by secure video anywhere in British Columbia, with evening slots available.
Do you take ICBC or CVAP claims?
Yes. We accept ICBC customer claims and Crime Victim Assistance Program referrals, and bill those directly so you don’t pay out of pocket.
